Amy Logan was assigned to me by the Navy Federal real estate rewards program when I bought a house in the Cherry Point area in 2018. She was so awesome and helpful that I asked for her by name when I returned to the area a few years later. I was unable to be physically present for most of the process, so she went the extra mile to help me make an informed decision from out of state. Highly recommend for military buyers relocating to Cherry Point. Would ask for her by name again if I were buying in the area once more.

Amy is quite simply in a league of her own. She has now represented our family our family through four different transactions—as both buyers and sellers—and her performance has been flawless every single time. We recently navigated an incredibly challenging and complex situation that required much more than just a standard agent; we needed a high-level strategist and a tireless advocate. Amy perfectly balanced her deep market expertise with a level of personal service that is rare to find. She navigated difficult negotiations and unexpected hurdles with total confidence, staying “in the trenches” with us until the job was done. What truly sets Amy apart, however, is her integrity and her communication. You never have to wonder where things stand; she is proactive, transparent, and deeply committed to her clients best interests. She didn’t just handle these transactions—she protected our family. She is a realtor who is as sharp as she is compassionate. I cannot recommend Amy highly enough.

Amy is incredible. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very communicative. With being in the military, having a specific day I needed to move by, and being a first-time homeowner, I was stressed out about getting my house ready for sale/ the actual sale of the house. Amy walked me through everything (I’m sure multiple times, since I asked her 100+ questions) and everything worked out better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much, Amy!

Where do I start with Amy? We have known her since we moved to NC in 2014 and she was invaluable in helping us build our first home here. Her knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched in the real estate world. When it came time to sell the home we had built there was no doubt who I was going to call. She came out and walked through the home and made recommendations on what needed to be touched up and would help us show the true beauty of the home we had made. Every step of the way Amy was right there and always had the right answer, even if it wasn't the answer I thought I was looking for. Amy is a true professional and can be trusted with ensuring the best interest of her clients is always at the forefront of any transaction. From beginning to end there is no better realtor in Eastern NC. When I am ready to buy or build again, Amy will be the first call I make and she should be yours as well.

The experience she brought to the table gave us such peace during both the buying and selling process of our home. She was our "go to" and we will miss not being able to work with her in the future. You not only have a great Realtor in Amy, but a friend for life!

I have no words to express how grateful and pleased we were having Amy as our realtor. From day 1 she was detailed with her explanation of the process and how to get us to closing on our home. She was even better help at clarifying things and doubts regarding our loan than our own loan officer and processor. I learned so much from her and because of that we were able to ask the right questions and get answers. Not only that but Amy helped us through our initial walk through which I was not able to attend due to living in a different state at the time. She was so detailed she caught every little thing the builder had to fix before closing. We would 110% recommend her as a realtor to anyone looking to buy a home.

We accepted an assignment overseas and needed to sell our house. The agent we bought our house from recommended us to Amy as the selling agent. After my wife and I made initial contact with Amy we felt confident that we had the right person. During her first visit to our home we told her our desire was to sell our house quickly. She walked the property with us, took pictures and laid out how the process would work. After performing market research she provided us with a selling price that made us both very happy. She arranged the photo shoot which included drone pictures which made our property look its best. All administrative communication was accomplished via a program called "dot loop" which allowed us to view and sign documents electronically, saving us time. Whenever we had a question, Amy was very reachable and provided a quick response. All communication was courteous and prompt. My wife and I are delighted that we picked Amy to sell our home and plan on staying in contact with her in the future.

My husband and I came to know Amy Logan through corporate relocation. Our home search was long and certainly challenging! Hunting amid a pandemic and in a geographic area experiencing exponential growth is exhausting, but Amy supported us every step of the way. She was willing to visit properties on our behalf, many of which were over an hour out of her way, and facilitate live zoom walk-throughs. When it came to placing our offer, she exercised sound market analysis and pricing strategy. Amy wore many hats as our agent. There were countless times she played the role of a wise friend. Our closing took place with a few open ends - but Amy is on top of making sure that all gets done. We respect Amy, her transparency, and her genuine heart.

She even kept in touch with us when we had to take a couple month break from the home buying process and was right at it again when we were able to start. Amy is honest and genuinely cares about the buyers she is working with. She was able to point out things that were wrong or didn’t sit quite right with potential homes we were looking and and worked tirelessly with us to get us into our perfect home. She was able to answer or find the answer to any and all questions we had. We would absolutely it hesitate to work with her again and we recommend her to everyone we come across in the home buying process. Amy is immediate, thorough, and accurate with all responses and maintains a professional demeanor with her clients. In my latest case she worked with the tenant, who was also the buyer, to obtain financing. I would not hesitate in recommending or asking for assistance again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Wow... Amy is amazing and made it a stress free experience. She knows her market and saved me $. See her before you finance for mortgage savers. I wanted to buy down my interest rate but Amy knew that I hadn't planned on living here long enough to benefit from the reduced rate... a $12K difference. I didnt make it easy for her. I wanted the perfect home for my family and told her I would know when I saw it... so I saw tons of homes. She also helped me avoid the money pit that lay under a pretty facade. She knows her flood zones. After hurricaine Florence... and 10 days after moving in; while everyone in New Bern was dewatering their homes and tracking their ruined possessions on the curb... I was high, dry, and intact. She also knows her septic tanks... with a little septic 101... I knew enough to trust country living. Lastly, long after the sale and she collected her commission, she checked in on me to make sure things were going well.

Being relatively new to the purchasing process (my last purchase was 25 years ago) as well as being new to the Carteret and Craven county area I was very reliant upon my choice of a broker. Amy was recommended to me by the Caldwell realtor who represented me in the sale of my home in Connecticut. And what a great service he did providing the introduction. I found Amy to be very knowledgeable in the local market and patient with my endless questions. Ms. Logan responded to all my queries in a very timely and professional manner. She was also a very good listener which enabled her to provide me with not just properties in the area, but with properties that she knew would meet most of the specifications which I had. I could not have found a better real estate professional, and I would strongly recommend her to any serious buyer or seller.

Amy was recommended by Navy Federal CU Mortgage Assistance program which vets agents based upon past performance. We used this service because we resided out of state and were unfamiliar with the local area of interest. She provided listings based upon our selection criteria well before we arrived which enabled us to narrow down our choices and purchased a house within a week of actually inspecting. She also kept the listings updated whenever a new place came on line. After selection, Amy recommended, represented us, and followed through on the myriad of inspections and purchase details as we were 5,000 miles away selling our previous home. We are highly satisfied with Amy's performance and would certainly utilize her outstanding talents should the occasion arise in the future.

Amy was recommended to us by very close friends in 2012 when we purchased our first home. We had such a pleasant experience with her back then; so we requested her assistance with the sale of that same house in 2022. She again was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. She is straight forward with her assessments, doesn’t beat-around-the-bush, will explain anything you ask in easy to understand detail, and it very upbeat. If we move back to her area we will request her assistance again without hesitation.

Amy was a pleasure to work with on our hunt for a second home which spanned many diversities. She was very accommodating and patient with us as we shifted from town to town, county to county, and flipped between homes and land. Amy lead us through multiple offers and kept us calm and focused. Her communication skills are very professional and timely along with being available during extended hours. She was always making sure our financial interests were top of mind and being protected. Overall experience was extremely delightful.

I have invested in real estate for 12 years in 5 States. Amy is without a doubt the most professional knowledgeable agent I have ever worked with. If you are a military buyer or seller she should be your number one option. I have worked with Amy both purchasing and selling a home and both times, while not living in North Carolina, were seamless low stress experiences. I cannot recommend Amy enough and I wish all real estate dealings were as fun(you have to meet her) and easy as working with Amy.

I've been investing in Real Estate for 12 years in 5 states and have worked with Amy twice for both purchasing and selling a home. Both times were seamless low stress experiences that i wish was the standard. Amy is exceptionally knowledged, professional and steadfast in her profession and I cannot recommend her enough (I have to everyone i know purchasing/selling in NC). ESPECIALLY if you are a military buyer/seller, Amy is without question your #1 option. I first purchsed a home working with Amy in 2014 and immediately returned in 2022. While being stationed in Texas my recent home sale was almost completely transparent to me with Amy. I can't thank her enough for all of her incredible hard work!

She was right there with us from beginning to end and always made herself available, answering texts and emails at all hours—whenever we had questions she had an answer and kept us informed. Even inquiries we had that were somewhat out of her wheelhouse, she always got answers. Always. Her level of expertise and professionalism is top-notch! There were more than a few moments when my wife and I were stressed and anxiety levels peaked a little bit, but Amy remained a calm and reassuring voice through it all. She handled negotiations and correspondence between us, the sellers, and other parties. Amy Logan knows what she is doing. Amy was great throughout the long, drawn out process. When the house we were purchasing flooded in Hurricane Florence, she helped us rescind the purchase contract and was ready to start the house hunting process all over again. She even went and looked at homes for us and took additional pictures. Amy is very professional, and enjoys meeting her clients. It shows that she enjoys what she does for a living. We would definitely use Amy's services again, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a home in eastern North Carolina.
